I consent to be added to the TURTZED general email list for updates, changes, discounts, specials, as well as a newsletter. While TURTZED does not recommend missing out on this information, I will be able to opt out at any time.

I understand that, as a condition to receiving the coaching services, it is my obligation to read and sign the Coaching Services Agreement by and between Turtzed LLC and me (the “Agreement”) and return it to the Coach not less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of my session with the Coach; any failure to sign the Agreement may, in Turtzed LLC’s sole discretion, result in the cancellation of my session and forfeiture of the paid fee. The signed agreement will be valid for all future coaching sessions, until terminated by myself or Turtzed LLC. I understand that Turtzed LLC may require me to sign an updated or amended Agreement prior to any future coaching sessions.

I understand that bookings are only final if and when they are accepted by the Coach; any booking that is not accepted by the Coach will be cancelled without charge. Additionally, I agree that the Coach may cancel a session at any time and for any reason. If a session is cancelled by the Coach, any fees paid by me for the relevant coaching session will be returned, unless such cancellation is due to my unavailability or misconduct.

If I need to reschedule my coaching session, I must notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance. If less than 24-hours’ notice is given, the Coach, in its sole-discretion, may try to accommodate last-minute changes with no guarantee that it will be able to reschedule. In the event that the Coach is unable to accommodate such last-minute changes, I understand I will still be charged for the session.
